Job Description:

Monitoring the process of analysis and reporting works and preparing the scope documents using the knowledge about other facilities which are connected with departmental issues.

  • Evaluating requests from the department’s managers and providing the necessary support to develop facilities.
  • Working with the managers for the prioritization of requests and to be in contact with them for coordination.
  • Ensuring the follow-up of internal audit and control points.
  • Providing the necessary support during the process of internal and external audits and reports.
  • Preparing the regional reports.
  • Supporting the periodic business planning process.
  • Ensuring the necessary coordination with department managers.
  • To be in contact with foreign channels and sharing the demands with unit managers.
  • Managing the operations projects with various departments and ensures timely delivery.
  • Informing the department’s managers about operational issues, and helping to solve problem if necessary.
  • Responsible of all metrics Operations reports on the country level.
  • Ensuring the creation of departmental KPI, SLAs and metrics and then reporting regularly and Monitors operations KPIs in all metrics reporting.
  • Creates project management structure and develops project plans, overall action items and specific deliverables.
  • Monitors accountabilities and due dates
  • Coordinate project execution, tracks and reports on progress to project team stakeholders and management.
  • Gathers project requirements and documents
  • Leads efforts to document operational business case scenarios, process flow documentation, functional requirements and project deliverables.
  • Desires to implement innovative procedures to support immediate business needs.
  • Ensures solutions are developed in a scalable manner and identifies opportunities to increase efficiencies and accuracy of information.
  • Manages multiple resources including IT Developers, Business Analysts etc.
  • Collaborates with IT development in the design, testing and deployment of build-outs to company systems.
  • Controls interaction and requirements between all operations, compliance, accounting, Risk, IT and management regarding automation development and improvement.
  • Completes ad-hoc projects and duties or responsibilities as needed in Operation.
  • Develops the applicable measurement platform according to the Operations capabilities.
