Empower Your Future (EYF) is an initiative that provides high school students with the opportunity to complete a summer internship in a field of their choice, like finance, consulting, education, marketing, media, technology and more.
We realized that experience is increasingly becoming a key factor for students when deciding what subject to study at university. That’s why TalenTailor is giving rising junior and senior students a chance to explore their interests, identify their passion, build skills and gain work experience.
EYF will not only offer them the needed work exposure to choose their college degree but also contribute to a solid career path.
CAREER AWARENESS
Career Awareness offers free career awareness sessions for job seekers of all ages, professions and degree levels, from fresh graduates to doctorate holders.
Through our weekly sessions, TalenTailor will help job seekers to:
- Identify potential career opportunities as per their hopes and dreams
- Assess if they’re the right fit according to the relevant/interested job description
- Develop their CVs in a professional manner
- Understand the do’s and don’ts of getting hired
