We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Who speaks both Arabic and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, and Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • dealing with incoming email
