Key Objective
Responsible for providing senior level secretarial services for the CEO

Work Relations
Internally:
Report to CEO
Externally:
Communicate with vendors, visitors, hotels, etc

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Prepare memos, letters, reports, and presentations according to requirements and instructions
Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule
Coordinate with other employees on behalf of the CEO with regard to information gathering/sharing and follow-up
Prepare meetings agendas
Attend meetings, taking the minutes and following-up on action items
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
Process and follow-up on approved purchase orders
Handle office bills such as (rent, phone, electricity, and water bills)
Ensure registration and renewal of all licenses
Maintain and Controlling Petty Cash
Maintain proper filing of all documents in accordance with an established filing system.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Type confidential documents on a word processing system
Any other assignment

Required Experience
8 + years of experience in a similar environment

Required Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
